Support Worker (12 hour waking night shifts)

We are expanding our nurse-led complex care team and looking for Support Workers for daytime and overnight role in Rhyl.

Day Shifts : Included in Domiciliary runs

Night Shifts : 8 : 00 PM - 8 : 00 AM (waking nights).

Key Responsibilities :

  • Regular checks and night-time assistance.
  • Maintaining thorough records and collaborating with the care team.
  • Upholding high standards of professionalism, empathy, and dignity in every interaction.
  • Communicating effectively with the care team and office.
  • Personal care including showering, toileting and changing pads

Requirements :

  • Flexible availability for shifts.
  • Compassionate, resilient, and professional demeanour.
  • Driving licence and own vehicle.
  • Client care is essential, so reliability is a must. Our clients depend on us, and we need team members who are committed.
