Role Description

As a Cleaner , you will play a vital role in creating a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for our student residents. Your attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness will contribute to the overall satisfaction and happiness of our residents and ensure they have a pleasant and hygienic living space.

Working hours : 20 hours Monday - Friday, 7am - 11am

Location : Peckham OR South Bermondsey (2 roles available)

Hourly Wage : £13.15 (London living wage)

Cleaning :

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including but not limited to vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting the residents’ living spaces.
• Clean and sanitise communal kitchens, bathrooms, bedroom, and corridors to meet hygiene standards.
• Ensure spotlessness of communal windows, glass panels and mirrors, with the use of cleaning materials.
• Empty residents’ bins and replace bin liners.
• Complete room inspections and escalate any issues when required.
• Ensure disposal of waste from the site in line with relevant regulations and recycling.
• Complete handover at the end of each shift to keep the clear lines of communication and ensure standards are being kept to the highest level.
