Key responsibilities for the Trainee Sales Manager role include but are not limited to :

• Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve revenue growth, retention, and new business acquisition targets.
• Manage customer relationships by implementing relationship management plans and engaging decision-makers to understand their needs and challenges.
• Create and deliver tailored presentations and proposals, adapting materials to align with customer interests and objectives.
• Represent Survitec at sector events, fostering a personal network and gathering market intelligence to position the company as a trusted safety solutions provider.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and present customer-centric solutions, negotiating terms within pre-approved commercial guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in Salesforce or other CRM platforms to enable effective sales strategies.
• Act as a customer advocate within the organization, ensuring their needs are prioritized and addressed effectively.
• Stay informed on company policies, regulatory codes, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and uphold Survitec's reputation
