YOUR ROLE :

As a Commercial Assistant , you'll play a vital role in the commercial management of an embedded alliance contract, working alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor to ensure accuracy, integrity, and value.

From reporting to risk management, you’ll be key to supporting the day-to-day financial and commercial activities. Your expertise will help ensure costs are managed efficiently, ensuring successful project delivery while driving commercial efficiencies.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR :

Someone with commercial acumen and strong numeracy skills

Experience or knowledge of NEC3 contracts

Relevant construction law knowledge (or a willingness to learn)

A proactive team player who thrives on problem-solving and attention to detail

Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels

A full UK driving licence is essential.
