Senior Nurse – Elderly Care (Full Time)

Up to £49,500 per annum

37.5 hours per week | Permanent Role

We’re currently recruiting for a Senior Nurse to join a respected elderly care home in Cromer . This is a fantastic opportunity for a clinically strong nurse who’s passionate about high-quality care and confident in supporting and guiding a team.

The Role :

As the Senior Nurse, you’ll play a central part in clinical leadership, helping to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care to residents. Two of your weekly shifts will be supernumerary , allowing you protected time to focus on leadership duties, audits, care planning, staff development, and quality improvement — without being counted in the numbers for floor coverage.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide day-to-day clinical leadership and mentorship to care staff
• Develop and maintain individualised care plans
