Healthcare Improvement Scotland is seeking to recruit a Senior Improvement Advisor in the Transformational Change – Mental Health Unit, which is part of the Community Engagement and Transformational Change Directorate.

The Community Engagement and Transformational Change Directorate leads an extensive range of improvement programmes, collaborates with local, national and international networks, and aspires to be at the leading edge of both thinking and practice in improvement practice.

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and positive individual to credibly lead in the scoping, design and delivery of the Mental Health Scottish Patient Safety Programme.

You will be able to demonstrate expertise in quality improvement science and applying a range of improvement methods within different contexts and possess a track record of working with a wide range of stakeholders in a health and social care setting. The post holder requires a high ability to network, to negotiate and to motivate people to achieve change. You will have experience of leading and managing teams and drawing on other skills set to benefit the programme.
