You will be part of a team providing a central point of contact for their clients, engineers and departments. Please note this role could go permanent for the right candidate!Key ResponsibilitiesDelivering outstanding customer service by responding promptly while always remaining courteous and professionalResponding to phone calls and emails from the UK and globallyUse of effective communication to proactively manage customer expectationsProduce RAM's and Method Statements prior to the service engineer attending siteUpload all relevant documentation for the engineers visit, prior to them attending site.Issue visit reports to the customers and liaise with spares should any follow-up work be requiredLiaising with suppliers for updates on orders to ensure they will arrive on site before the engineer's attendanceUpdating internal systems regarding client's orders Ideal candidate will have : Previous experience as a Sales Administrator / Service CoordinatorExcellent communication skillsHave the ability to work under pressureAbility to organise and multitask, with excellent time managementExperience ...
