Russell Taylor Group have a fantastic opportunity for a post-graduate with research experience to join our clients rapidly expanding farming company. You will be based on site, full time in Cambridge, in their innovative new farming R&D lab. Here, you will be helping to support a range of research and various plant science trials.
Responsibilities
- Participating in trial and research preparation in order to optimise crop growth by monitoring nutrient dynamics, environmental conditions, plant health and plant analysis, including organoleptic assessments, antioxidant assays and shelf-life studies.
- Maintaining lab equipment including hydroponic irrigation systems, sensors, and other specialist equipment.
- Be involved in data collection and analysis.
- Liaising with and providing information to external partners.
