Position : Technical AssistantLocation : West LondonSalary : £NegHours : Hrs : Mon – Thurs 8 : 30 – 4 : 30 (30 mins Break)Fri : 8 : 30 – 1pm (30 mins Break)The Company : Instrumentation Supply CompanyThe Role :

• In this role, you will provide market analysis for their product range and report to the Managing Director.
• You will play a key role in supporting the company’s growth plans for 2024 and further by helping to decide on strategies for direct and e-marketing.
• Setting, retrofitting and testing valves and instruments
• Assembling and testing of their products
• Generating work orders from the ERP system
• Inspecting and signing off finished product
• Packing and preparing shipments for despatch
• Coordinating with couriers for incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Participate in customer support with the rest of the team
• Contribute to new developments in R&D
• Other related activityRequirements :
• Knowledgeable in the use of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Experience with a CRM or Operations Software (similar to OPERA II) would be an asset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• English and Maths - GCSE Level A / C, NVQ or equivalent qualification
• Motivated and excited about customer service
