• Manage day-to-day finance operations and lead the finance team.
• Drive improvements in accounting practices and systems.
• Prepare budgets, financial reports, and rolling forecasts.
• Manage cash flow and execute hedging transactions.
• Coordinate external audits and ensure VAT / Corporation Tax compliance.
• Leverage advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and data analysis.What We’re Looking For
• Qualified accountant with SME experience.
• Proven success in managing a finance team, including appraisals and mentoring.
• Advanced Excel user with expertise in financial modeling and analysis.
• Knowledge of international trade and European VAT (chemical industry experience is a plus).
• Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize effectively.What’s on Offer
• Salary up to £80,000 per annum.
• Working hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM.
• Flexible working : 3 days in the office, 2 days per week remote.
