• Supporting students one-on-one and in small groups to keep them engaged and on track.
• Working alongside teachers and SENCOs to tailor lessons and learning strategies.
• Managing behaviour and motivation, ensuring students stay focused.
• Helping students build confidence, independence, and resilience in their learning.
