The Engineering & Manufacturing division of SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join an Engineering Consultancy on a permanent basis.

This is a great role for an experienced candidate looking for the next step in their career, or a candidate with a geotechnical / construction background to further develop skills in Contracts Management.

The successful candidate will work hybrid out of our clients Wickford office 2-3 days per week. Travel across the UK to visit customers is also required. Remote options may also be considered for experienced candidates.

Scope of Role

• Attend tender handover and deliver prestart meetings to team members.
• Produce and update progress reports, updated cost reports and forecasts, whilst adhering to strict deadlines.
• Ensure that all operations on site are carried out safely and in accordance with the ruling Company Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental policies, Integrated Management System and method statements.
• Provide support to the Estimating Department on contractual issues during the tendering / pre-construction phase.
