What the job involves for a Property Manager : -

• Manage a portfolio of properties in St Andrews, Fife and surrounding area
• Carrying out viewings of available properties
• Managing landlords' expectations regarding possible works required
• Managing incoming tenants' expectations to avoid disappointment at move in
• Ensure properties are ready for new tenancies
• Dealing with phone and email enquiries
• Updating landlords
• Rent arrears visits
• New inventories and inventory updates
• Check out inspections
• Confirming cleaning requirements
• Establishing dilapidation responsibility
