Job description

Avid Personnel are currently working in conjunction with a local Manufacturing company in the Deeside area, who are looking for a HGV Class 1 Driver on a temporary to permanent basis.

Responsibility of a HGV Class 1 Driver

  • Daily vehicle checks
  • Operating a Class 1 vehicle
  • Multidrop
  • Occasional Nights out
  • Experience with curtain siders
  • Some interaction with the public

The ideal candidate will have the following skills - HGV Class 1 Driver

  • Candidates must have a Class 1 Licence (C+E), Digi Tacho.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience
  • Maximum of 3 points
  • Experience in multidrop
  • Strapping loads - Essential
