As Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly. Duties include but are not limited to :
Ensure standards of customer service and experience are consistently met and exceededDeal with any customer complaints, refunds, and negative reviewsMaintain customer communication and interaction onsiteDevelop and manage an activity plan aimed at realising the best value from existing facilities, including the identification of KPIsEnsure operational costs and stock are controlledActively contribute to the companys social media and content strategiesSupport the onsite marketing strategy to upsell and sell the next visitEnsure point of sale is maintained and that merchandise is actively pushed by the staffKeep a check on guest rooms, communal areas, and grounds to ensure they are cleaned and maintained to agreed standardsCashing up - till closures are completed accuratelyLead and manage operation teams including conducting staff appraisals
Salary :
14.00 - £16.00 per hour, depending on age and experience, plus tips.Hours :
30 hours per week, up to 45 hours per week at peak times, or if desired. Overtime is also available at times. Working full time between 11am
11pm and weekends on a rota basis.
