Product Manager

Were looking for a proactive and quality-focused BerryProduct Manager to join a fast-paced, dynamic team on a 12 month fixed-term basis.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in fresh produce or food manufacturing who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys variety in their day, and wants to work with a team that makes a real impact from farm to shelf.What Youll Be Doing :

Overseeing the movement and quality of fresh produceparticularly berriesthrough packing and distribution facilities.

Liaising daily with growers, packers, production teams, and commercial colleagues to uphold product standards.

Organising and supporting product sampling, trials, and new packaging initiatives.

Monitoring product shelf life and reporting any quality issues or trends to technical teams.

Participating in key meetings and contributing to quality and availability decision-making.

Acting as a key contact during customer visits and ensuring a high standard is maintained throughout the process.

Deputising for team members when required and supporting continuous improvement across

th e site.

What Were Looking For :

Experience in a product or quality role within the fresh produce, food manufacturing, or agricultural sectors.

A confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

A hands-on approach and willingness to work both independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and a drive to identify and implement improvements.

Flexibility to work the Thursday to Monday shift pattern, including occasional weekend cover.
