I am looking for an experienced Multi for a permanent contract with a large contractor in the social housing industry for Void Properties

42k-£45k Salary!

500 Welcome Bonus!

500 Probation Bonus (on completion)!

Get on with other trades and be an asset to the projects progress.

• Usual 8- 9 hour day 5-6 days a week.
• and full PPE required
• The sites will be around West London (Hayes / Uxbridge / Ealing) and is an immediate start for the right candidate
• Experience with Carpentry, Decorating and Plastering.

Van & fuel card provided (no more than 6 points)

Must have an NVQ Lvl2 / 3

Role will be covering Void Property reactive maintenance / day to day

A DBS Check will be carried out on completion of interviews for the right candidate.
