Minimum 6 months experience working on White Goods and Home Appliances fault finding and diagnostic analysisCompetency in the use of tools and equipmentExcellent customer service skills - to confidently communicate with customers face to faceHigh degree of self-motivation, commitment, and pride in your workMust be a team player and able to work on own initiativeElectromechanical skills, with a willingness to learn new skillsBasic computer level / IT literacyCurrent full UK driving licenseIdeally you will be based in or around the West MidlandsDesirable but not essential :

What the role involves :

Attending customers homes and carrying out repairs to a high standardWorking on washing machines, tumble dryers, refrigeration, and gas appliancesMust be clean, smart, and capable of following company proceduresKeeping the company van clean and tidyCompletion of any associated paperwork

Salary :

A very competitive salary, depending on experience. Top rates for those with more experience.Hours :

Monday to Friday 40 hours per week, with some flexibility around the hours to be worked. Overtime is also available.
