New Way Tuition Ltd is looking for dedicated Outreach Tutors to provide English and Maths tuition for Secondary and SEN students in Clacton-on-Sea and nearby areas. Sessions take place in homes, libraries, or schools, supporting those outside mainstream education.What You’ll Do📚 Deliver 1 : 1 tuition in English and Maths (up to GCSE / Functional Skills)🌟 Motivate and support students with SEN, SEMH, or those at risk of exclusion🎯 Adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning needs💡 Use creative resources and strategies to enhance student engagementWhat We’re Looking For

• Tutoring or teaching experience (SEN experience is a plus!)
• Strong Literacy and Numeracy skills (up to GCSE level)
• QTS, QTLS, PGCE, or a relevant degree (preferred but not essential)
• Patience, empathy, and great communication skills
