Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the strategy, development, and launch of our innovative products. You will work closely with a cross-functional team, managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. The ideal candidate is an innovative leader, passionate about solving complex problems and driving product success.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement product strategy and roadmap, setting key performance metrics (KPIs).
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver products that align with company vision and market demand.
  • Understand customer needs and gather product requirements.
  • Engage closely with the engineering team to determine the best technical implementation methods.
  • Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to guide product development.
  • Lead and mentor a team of junior product managers.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in tech or software products.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Solid technical background with understanding and / or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a team-first mentality.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, financial services startup environment.
