  • Free onsite ParkingHere at JOB Consultancy, we are recruiting for a Customer Service Handler to work for one of our clients based in the Chorley area. The company are going through a huge expansion period so excellent progression is available to the right candidates.The hours of work are Monday – Friday between the hours of 8 : 00 am – 18 : 00 pm, Monday to Friday. There is also the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week following probation.A basic salary of up to £25k is on offer dependent on experience.Key Responsibilities will include :
  • Dealing with calls and other incoming enquiries from clients in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that information is captured fully and accurately to determine future handling
  • Investigating what happened with the client, creating a complete and accurate record from your discussions
  • Undertake initial investigations to triage a liability outcome that dictates the next steps in the process
  • Handle customers with good technical knowledge and an ability to use common sense and use initiative when gathering evidence or approach problem solving
  • Offer a range of services through the supply network in accordance with the scheme specifics
  • Appoint the relevant service providers based on the decision to provide services
  • Work with case management and portal systems, to accurately record and update client data and in-house systemThe Ideal candidate will be :
