Nursery : Bright Horizons Manchester Day Nursery and Preschool
Salary : £26,334 per year (full time equivalent / dependent once qualifications and experience)
Location : Manchester City Centre
We are looking for a part time, Level 3 qualified Lunch cover to join our Bright Horizons Manchester Nursery.
This role is 16 hours per week.
Our Bright Horizons nursery is Ofsted rated “Outstanding” and is situated in the centre of Manchester.

What you’ll be doing
Lead, mentor and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education
Ensure the learning environment provides consistent stimulation and engaging activities for the children, across both the indoor and outdoor areas
Deliver and plan rich learning opportunities and exceptional care, to help all children to develop and meet their individual milestones
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents and / or carers, as well as other professionals, to meet the individual needs of each child
Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety and safeguarding
Work with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy and safe environment
What we’re looking for
Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
Previous experience working within an Early Years setting - ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator or similar
Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children
Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with both colleagues and parents
Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
