Join our Service Charges Project team!
We are currently looking for an experienced Property / Service Charge Accountant to join our Service Charges Project team on a fixed-term basis until December 2025.
This is a fantastic time to join us, support our dynamic project team, and help further our mission of investing in people and places to build a stronger, more sustainable future.
Having recently implemented our new finance system, this role is crucial to assist us in providing the highest quality, accurate, and accountable financial statements to our customers in respect of service charges.
In this role you will interrogate ledger transactions and contract information to provide detailed financial accounting information related to service charge costs in alignment with service charge policy and apportionment structures.

While this role is home-based, you should be able to travel to Group offices and other locations for meetings as required. In-person team meetings are held once a week, alternating between our offices at Birmingham Business Park, Solihull, and Central Park, Worcester.
