Job descriptionTo work within an adult locality team and will entail working with individuals, families, carers, and communities to enable them to make informed decisions, to promote independence, whilst working in a strengths-based approach. Working with adults and be expected to produce high quality assessments, collaborating with various agencies, and interpreting case law and legislation Undertaking assessments under the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act and investigations for Safeguarding Adults are essential. Managing complex case work including best interests and self neglect / hoarding is desirable.
