You will be working with a business which is growing every year due to the great work which is done internally, where this role has come up due to natural growth. You'll be focusing on areas such as propulsion and actuation within the area of electrified technology. The projects range from very small to very large and apply to various fields such as land, air and water-based vehicles. RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring budget goals, strong customer relationships, and risk mitigation - Provide technical leadership in power electronics design and propose innovative R&D projects - Develop and prototype cutting-edge power electronic systems using advanced tools and simulation techniques - Approve and improve electronics designs to meet quality standards and enhance quality processes - Create work scopes, estimates, and maintain strategic relationships to drive revenue and promote the company - Mentor and support the professional development of colleagues ...
