Job Description
- Support the entire sales team in daily administrative tasks
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Respond to complaints from customers and provide after-sales support when requested
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form
- Coordinate the sales team's activities to boost performance
- Assist in the preparation and organising of promotional material or events
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Coordinator should have :
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Sales development role or account role
- Proven experience in sales
- Experience in the cosmetics, hospitality or B2B sales
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Preferred working knowledge of Salesforce
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
