Healthcare Litigation / Clinical Negligence – This role would ideally suit an experienced clinical negligence solicitor at Associate or Senior Associate level. The hiring managers are prepared to consider a broad range of PQE. Candidates with either claimant or defendant experience are welcome to apply. Furthermore, retrain opportunities are available so if you have experience in another area of law such as EL / PL, for example, we would like to hear from you.

• Previous Experience :   The hiring managers are keen to attract a broad range of PQE. Claimant or defendant clinical negligence experience is welcome. There is also the possibility of a retrain from other areas such as EL / PL.

The team advises on high-value, complex cases, from birth injury matters to serious instances of misdiagnosis and other examples of malpractice. Your work and responsibilities will correspond to your level of experience. For example, as an Associate, your work will include :

As a Senior Associate, whilst you will still have fee earning responsibilities, you will also have more of an input and contribution to business development initiatives as well as being given the opportunity to lead and supervise more junior colleagues.

Secondments and other development opportunities

The team is also a highly respected contributor to thought leadership in this practice area.
