This is an ideal opportunity for a qualified and driven individual to join a reputable business with long-term stability and support.Role Overview : You’ll be responsible for general fabric maintenance across multiple sites, ensuring buildings remain operational and safe. The role demands a proactive engineer with strong communication skills who is comfortable working independently.Key Responsibilities :

• Mobile role covering commercial buildings across the City & West End
• General building fabric maintenance including basic plumbing, carpentry, tiling, and patch repairs
• Minor electrical tasks (if suitably qualified)
• Painting & decorating
• Reactive and planned maintenance
• Liaising with site contacts and reporting issues clearly
• Participating in a call-out rota (details confirmed at interview stage)
• Completing job reports and documentation as requiredQualifications :
