About the Role
This is a multisite role overseeing cleaning and security services for a wide portfolio of bluechip clients involved in financial services distribution and manufacturing across the Yorkshire area.
Leadership & Service Delivery : Youll ensure high standards in cleaning and manned security
Client & Team Management : Youll build strong relationships through site visits client meetings and staff training ensuring seamless operations.
Scheduling & Compliance : Youll oversee rostering (using Timegate) staff motivation performance management and compliance with industry best practices.
Technology & Reporting : Youll have access to cuttingedge systems making reporting payroll and scheduling efficient and transparent.
But above all you will be responsible for ensuring the retention and development of your client base.
What Were Looking For
Management Experience in security and / or cleaning is essential
Frontline SIA Licence would be required but we can provide assistance with this if necessary
Exceptional Leadership & Communication Skills to manage diverse teams.
High IT Literacy Youll be supported by the best systems and must be comfortable using them.
Full UK Driving Licence & Own Car Youll work remotely but report to our York HQ at least once a month.
Competitive Salary Starting from 47000 per year.
Unfortunately applicants without current management experience in either the cleaning or security sectors will not be considered.

Job requirements
Prior experience as a contracts / operations manager role
Excellent Communication Skills both written and oral
Ability to remain calm and make decisions in high pressure situations
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi task
