Location : Eaglescliffe (Head Office)

Job Type : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : £35,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience)

Holidays : 31 days including bank holidays

About the Role :

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-known regional developer delivering award-winning homes and high-quality commercial spaces across the North of England. They are now seeking an experienced Technical Co-ordinator to join their growing technical team.

As a Technical Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role supporting developments from initial planning stages through to project completion. You will liaise with utility companies, coordinate legal agreements, manage SAP and BREL documentation, and work closely with internal departments, contractors, building control, and warranty providers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate Section / Legal Agreements with local authorities and utility providers
• Apply for new service connections and arrange disconnections for developments
• Manage and maintain SAP reports and BREL documentation
• Update and manage technical department documents and systems
• Draft and send professional correspondence
• Liaise with the sales team to support project delivery
• Provide technical support during the construction phase
• Ensure successful completions by working with building control and warranty providers
• Liaise with trades to obtain certification of works
• Assist in clearing planning conditions and monitoring compliance
