This is an excitingopportunity to join our Financial Services team in London as an engagement manager.

How you will create impact :

  • New experienced hires will be involved in all phases of projectwork once they are up to speed on our way of working. On a project, you are involved from day one with the client : from first contact until the final presentation of our recommendations, and eventually in some cases involvement in implementation. Your ideas will form part of our approach
  • We will do our best to help you in finding the right balance between delivering challenging projects and developing your go-to tools and expertise
  • You will be managing a project team and handling client relationships under the guidance of Partners and / or Senior Directors
  • You would also be involved in business development activities by creating content and assisting in client acquisition and retention to help grow the FS practice

Your profile :

  • 5 + years of work experience in consulting or in-house product / commercial strategy roles in Banking, Payments or Wealth Management
  • 2+ years of leading and managing teams and senior stakeholder relationships in the above
  • Exceptional project management skills and motivation to build high performing teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication skills, able to take complex ideas and make them simple and compelling
  • Entrepreneurial, curious and with a great drive
  • A strong desire to work in a fast paced commercially agile environment
  • Strong interest and experience in commercially focused growth topics
