Permanent, Full time (47.5 hours) 7am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday

44,000 - £50,000 per annum, (£17.70 - £20.25 per hour) plus, overtime paid at time and a half and training opportunities

On call rota : 1 in every 4 weeks (Mon Sun and evenings)

You will receive an extra £100 when on call (whether called out or not)

Our client is a drainage services company offering a wide range of services including drain repairs and maintenance, civil engineering and trenchless solutions.

They are seeking a skilled and motivated Team Leader to join their dynamic team. Youll oversee a 2-person crew, working on a variety of projects across Suffolk and Essex regions. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring safety, efficiency, and high standards on-site.

About the role :

• Conducting daily site-specific risk assessments.
• Overseeing deep drainage installation, manhole construction, concreting, block laying, kerb laying, and excavation work.
