ee) Job Purpose :

I am looking for a Personal Assistant to provide support with some meal preparation and cooking, general cleaning and occasional support for hospital and doctor’s appointments. Although driving is not essential because I can drive, support would therefore be more for emotional needs as I am agoraphobic so find going anywhere alone distressing.

You would also assist with changing bedding as and when is needed, and someone being able to be in the house while I bath, I do not need assistance with bathing or soon to be showering once the adaptations to my house have been done it is just for reassurance in case I was to slip or not be able to get out of the current bath. Location : Fakenham, NR21 Details : Meal preparation and cooking.Cleaning and bedding change.Support during health appointments.  Person specification Essential : Friendly and supportive.Patient with good communication skills.Caring. • The rate of pay for this position is £15 per hour
• Hours and times of work : 18 hours per week arranged flexibly. Exact days and times advised ahead of time.
• The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks
• This position requires the employee to complete free annual training : GDPR, Health and Safety, COSHH, Food Hygiene, Manual Handling and Risk Assessment. Post is subject to the following :
• A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.
• Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer.
