Job description

This is a hands-on delivery and training role in a small in-house technology training team.

Reporting to the Technology Training Manager you'll be coordinating, designing and delivering training courses as required for new and existing Associates / Partners.

You'll engage with business on their training needs, putting together appropriate training programs around Technology platforms. Seeking, collating and acting on feedback will be key to success in this role.

You'll also be reviewing and modernising the training approach i.e., training solutions for repeatable standard platforms / processes, on-demand training capability and tailoring in-person / remote training where the most value can be derived.

Role Responsibilities :

  • Design, refresh and deliver training for in-scope technology solutions
  • Collaborate with Training resources and other resources in technology to develop and execute communications related to new technology solutions, updates, adoption etc.
  • Craft communications (using innovative techniques) that enhance awareness and drive technology adoption, self-help, where to go for training materials needs etc.
  • Responding to systems-related training feedback from new joiners and existing Associates and Partners
  • Identify new training needs and organise training content improvement and refresher systems training as required
  • Using various internal communication platforms such as Facebook Workplace to post tips in videos / guides
  • Involvement in projects related to our core operating systems to design appropriate training / communication plans
  • Provide regular (weekly) technical training tips to a wide user base on key training or support topics

  • Able to apply fresh approach and innovation to engage a diverse group of Associates and Partners. Ability to define and use new engagement techniques - one size doesn’t fit all
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Able to operate on own initiative, as well as working as part of a wider team across the business
  • Able to convey technical information in a relatable and easily understood way – both in-person and in written form
  • Able to produce and maintain training materials and relevant internal communications to a high standard
