What we do.

This particular role is at our Bakkavor Salads site, based in Bourne and specialises in preparing fruit, leafy salads, and stir fry mixes. It employs over 1,200 people and is only 16 miles from Peterborough and 12 miles from Spalding.

About the role.

You will manage, organise and control all activities within the Packing section of the factory. You will assign and organise staff alongside managing productivity and performance ensuring the achievement of the required service levels and performance results.
