Job descriptionDC-DC Converter design / understanding of various topologies Experience using design tools like Altium or equivalent. PCB design for mass production. Rapid prototyping skills (Soldering / Cable building) Experience with simulation tools like LTspice Automated test design / implementation Good knowledge and understanding of electronics fundamentals Strong soldering skills and a good knowledge of the PCB manufacturing processes. Understanding of compliance (EMC, safety, RoHS, REACH and WEEE) Mechanical knowledge an advantage Microcontroller / embedded design experience Teamwork skills are essential, and the ability to work not only within a small multi-discipline team, but also communication skills to engage with the different teams across the company. Knowledge of embedded C or other embedded software languages FPGA design / VHDL Experience of taking a product through full compliance (CE / FCC) FMEA Thermal management of electronics design

Key Tasks of the job
Key Responsibilities :
- Be a solid part of our electronics design team.
- Maintaining a large portfolio of products in Production.
- Upgrading documents to reflect changes and improvements.
- Design electronics systems from concept to production
- Product design - collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineers / technicians to design / solve complex problems
- Take product through NPI (new product introduction) process
- Fault finding / Root cause analysis.
- EMC / Safety testing
