You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in dealing with all aspects of RTA claims from dealing with policyholder’s own damage claims to third party personal injury and credit hire claims. You will have a thorough understanding of motor claims including liability, indemnity, litigation and legal costs.The role will consist of handling a caseload including high value and more complex claims up to £50,000, coaching / developing and dealing with referrals from less experienced colleagues in line with company policy and procedures.This role is open to anyone looking for full or part time hours.Key Responsibilities :

• Investigate and proactively manage your own caseload of motor claims to achieve optimum outcomes
• Responsibility for own performance by achieving KPIs and objectives
• Coaching and development of less experienced colleagues within the department
• Keep up to date with developments across the motor insurance claims market
• Participate in project work as requiredRequired Knowledge and Skills :
• Already working within the TP arena with substantial experience of managing a caseload
• Achieving KPIs and objectives at current level
• Displaying desirable behaviour in relation to the business and its objectives
• Ability to work proactively and to tight deadlines and to take ownership for your own work
• Sound technical knowledge of motor claims including litigation, liability and indemnity
