An opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Campaign and Events Coordinator to join a leading international publisher of digital education materials. The role sits amongst a friendly, supportive team, and offers hybrid working with 1-2 days per week from the company's London office, and the opportunity to build a long-lasting marketing career in a global publishing organisation with a rewarding mission!

As Marketing Campaign and Events Coordinator, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will have a varied, hands-on role where you'll be developing, executing and reporting on successful marketing campaigns across various channels, and where responsibilities will include (amongst others) :

  • In collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager, implement strategies and work towards increasing the output of Marketing Qualified Leads
  • Lead and coordinate selected marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
  • Develop and maintain campaign reporting dashboards to track performance, measure success
  • Support with the creation of localised sales enablement and marketing materials for UK / EMEA
  • Work with internal and external designers to produce on-brand materials and campaign content
  • Lead the identification and acquisition of third-party sponsorship opportunities
  • Contribute to content creation for marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Maintain campaign budgets
  • Assist with local event planning and execution
  • Lead on the planning and execution of quarterly thought-leadership webinars
  • Respond to marketing requests in Asana
  • Support the Marketing team as necessary

The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing campaign coordination or a related marketing role, as well as a strong understanding of marketing principles. Proven experience managing and executing online and offline marketing campaigns, along side excellent project management, organisational, and time management skills will be important. In this varied role you'll also have the chance to leverage your copywriting skills and content marketing best practices (e.g., keyword research, content strategy, content distribution). A passion for education technology and a desire to make a difference could be really valuable too!
