HOUSING LITIGATION LAWYER 3+ PQE

I have an exciting opportunity to join a diverse and growing highly ranked Legal 500 firm.

My client prides themselves on providing a market-leading advice across a broad range of sectors and markets.

The firm litigates property cases at various levels of court, and often in relation to commercial, development, and residential lease disputes.

Skills required

  • 3+ years in housing litigation
  • Good understanding of complex disrepairs
  • Experience of running cases through the courts

Day to day responsibilities

  • Run your own caseload of housing management matters varying from disrepairs to injunctions.
  • Draft pleadings and witness statements.
  • Attend court hearings.
  • Carry out ad hoc advisories for case management conferences and hearings.
