Our Building Services division provides complete Facilities Management of properties throughout the UK, providing mechanical and electrical engineering support, cleaning, catering and grounds maintenance on a planned and reactive basis, using technological solutions to manage our teams in the most efficient ways.
Our Commercial Property Maintenance team is looking for an experienced, client facing Lead Engineer with an electrical bias to based on site in West Central London.
You’ll :
- Manage client and building users expectations and to aim for consistently high levels of customer satisfaction & Management of client relationship on a daily basis.
- Manage agreed KPI and SLA’s, ensuring best use of all resources to ensure targets are met
- Be responsible for quality control of sub contractors work by utilising spot checks, audits and review of safety paperwork.
- Ensure that CAFM systems and site records are up to date at all times reporting jobs to the helpdesk and in line with Helpdesk requirements.
- Become Appointed Person if site requires
- Coordinate and take responsibility for all planned and reactive maintenance delivered by the engineering team for all equipment, plant, services and systems.
We’re looking for :
Experience in a similar roleKnowledge or previous experience of mobile technology for management of tasks.Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload.Previous experience in a role where your duties included : Issuing planned and reactive works, client liaison & meeting with sub-contractors.Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of employee, customer and client.Sound knowledge of H&S Legislation and some knowledge of COSHH / Confined space / L8.
