Our client is a lovely car dealership looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor to join their team.

Service Advisor Role :
- To Manage all service telephone and Walk-in enquires
- To meet and greet customers, qualify and identify customer’s needs for at vehicle drop-off
- To progress and update the customer throughout the day
- To discuss and up-sell additional work to the customer. Advise, and forward diarised unsold work
- Carry out inspections where necessary before handover to the customer
- To ensure you deliver outstanding customer satisfaction
About You :
To have dealership experience as a Service Advisor is preferredTo have a positive, customer focused attitude and approach to your workTo have a valid driving licenceGood working knowledge of KerridgePackage :
Monday – Friday 8.30 – 17.30, Saturday on a rota basis (every other) 8.30 – 12.30.
25k Basic to the right candidate with Bonus and Profit share added should be £30k or above OTE
