Job Title : Job Location : Crewe
Start Date : ASAP
Contract Duration : 6 months
Hours of Work : 37.5 per week – 8am-5pm
Days of Work : Monday to Friday, with a 1-in-4 Saturday rota – 9-5pm
Work Format : Office based
Hourly Rate : £11.72ph
Duties :
Managing high volumes of inbound calls
Responding to emails and live chats from clients
Providing customers with updates on their orders / products
Placing and processing orders over the phone
Carrying out data input of customer information
Providing information on products and services
Experience :
The ideal candidate for this role will need to have a minimum of 6 months office-based customer service experience, a confident and outgoing manner, and great written and verbal communication skills.
