Job description

Wood Process & Energy is recruiting a Finance Business Partner based in Stockton's office for 9 months of temporary cover.

You will provide senior-level business and financial management expertise to Business Line operations and Finance leadership. Manages the roll-up of management reporting and budgets / forecasts for the Business Line and drives working capital improvements.

Who we are looking for :

Qualification

  • Fully qualified with relevant professional body

Knowledge & Experience :

  • Extensive years’ relevant accounting / business experience
  • Excellent commercial awareness
  • Proven leader and people development experience
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and proven record in business partnering
  • Good Systems experience – Preferably an ERP system, Oracle preferred
  • Proficient user of Excel, PowerPoint

    • Job-Specific Skills :

  • Technical skills and experience to conduct and review various accounting tasks
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills to lead teams and deliver results to deadlines
  • Excellent written communication skills for management report writing
  • Ability to train others and provide technical information and support
  • Excellent problem solving skills with a focus on bringing solutions to the table
  • Customer focussed – internally and externally
  • Ability to discuss issues clearly and concisely at all levels within the organisation
