Description Overview
Packaging Artwork Coordinator based in Barnsley.
Working within the Perrigo UK (Barnsley) supply chain function, you will join our existing Pharmaceutical Artwork team, working closely with our key internal stakeholders (regulatory, design, sales / commercial, planning and procurement, and data management teams) and external stakeholders (factories, packaging printers, external artwork designers & retail / contract customers) to ensure delivery of compliant packaging artworks for all over-the-counter medicine products supplied to our retail and contract customers in the UK.
You will be responsible for coordinating artwork processes and actioning tasks involved in completion of packaging artwork changes, from gathering and checking product and component information, to briefing design agencies and completing artwork reviews to ensure new packaging meets the relevant technical, design, regulatory and printing requirements. You will work on several concurrent packaging projects coordinating artwork changes for several pharmaceutical product categories, resolving artwork / packaging queries, and providing support to Project Managers and Customer Account Managers to ensure delivery of changes within the agreed timelines.
You will be primarily responsible for coordinating customer or regulatory driven artwork and packaging changes (e.g. packaging redesigns and safety information updates) for existing products supplied to our retail customers such as Boots and Morrisons, as well as coordinating the process of creation, review and approval of artworks for new product launches.
This role will be 3 days onsite.
