Berkeley Scott has partnered with an award-winning independent Gastropub to find a passionate Sous Chef for their close-knit kitchen team. You will be cooking with high-quality, fresh, local produce and striving for further awards.

Your Role as Our Sous Chef :

  • Cooking from Scratch to High Standards
  • Assisting with Kitchen Management
  • Assisting with Stock Control
  • Adhering to Food Safety and Hygiene Standards
  • Maintaining Kitchen Cleanliness
  • Menu Planning and Design

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • A True Passion for Cooking and Quality Food
  • Proven Experience as a Sous or Junior Sous in a High-Quality Gastropub or Restaurant
  • Organisational Skills and Strong Communication Abilities
