Exciting opportunity to work at a commercial campus situated by in Mile End. CBW are currently recruiting for a Static AC Engineer to cover a commercial campus. The successful candidate will be AC / mechanically qualified (C&G or NVQ) ideally with FGAS and with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This is an ongoing permanent role and pays a yearly salary of £50,000 based on qualifications and experience, inclusive of shift allowance.

• He or she will be required to carry out AC / mechanical maintenance to the following;

Key duties & Responsibilities

Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service / maintenanceYour main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAV's and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.Planned and reactive maintenanceExtensive building services knowledgeHours of work
