Role Overview :
As a Secondary SEMH Teaching Assistant (TA) , you will play a crucial role in supporting secondary students who experience difficulties in managing emotions, behaviour and social interactions. Your role will involve working closely with teachers, pastoral teams and external agencies to provide tailored support that fosters students’ confidence, academic progress and emotional well-being.
