Electronics Teacher – Specialist SEMH School

Location : Swindon, Wiltshire

Salary : £21,731 - £31,650 (FTE) + SEN Allowance £2,679

Contract Type : Permanent, Full-Time

Hours : 32.5 hours per week, all year round

Start Date : ASAP / TBC

Are you an inspirational teacher looking for a rewarding role in a specialist SEMH school? We are recruiting on behalf of a client for a dedicated Electronics Teacher to support students with social, emotional, and mental health needs in Swindon.

About the Role :

As a Teacher in this specialist setting, you will :

Work with small class sizes of 4-8 students , ensuring tailored support.

Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of students with SEMH needs.

Create a nurturing and structured learning environment to help students thrive.

Be part of a collaborative and supportive team dedicated to student success.

Contribute to the school's ongoing improvement and development .

About You :

To be successful in this role, you should :

  • Have experience working with SEMH students or transferable skills from similar settings.
  • Be a passionate and creative educator , committed to student progress.
  • Work well as part of a close-knit and supportive team .
  • Have strong classroom management and behaviour support skills.
  • Be committed to ongoing professional development .
