In this role, you will use your technical expertise to develop and implement new and improved manufacturing processes, procedures, and equipment. You will also supervise a small team of operatives, monitor their skills, provide training, and ensure customer orders are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to achieve production objectives.
• Manage volume outputs, quality standards, scrap / rework, safety, and delivery commitments.
• Oversee trials for new products and ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.
• Recommend, procure, and utilize manufacturing equipment, tooling, and fixtures.
• Supervise and organize a small team, ensuring they adhere to the production plan.
• Provide training and skill development to team members as needed.
• Liaise with departmental managers to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
