Job Opportunity : Site Supervisor – Community Care Setting Location : Manchester Job Type : Full-time, Permanent Salary : £27,300 per annum Are you a compassionate and organised leader with experience in health or social care? We’re looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our vibrant community care site in Manchester. In this rewarding role, you’ll lead a team of frontline staff, ensure the smooth and safe delivery of care services, and support service users in living independently with dignity and choice. You’ll be the go-to person for shift coordination, quality assurance, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all.
